Will every report contain accident and mileage records?
No. Matching records vary by vehicle, country and source. Missing records are not evidence that no damage occurred or that the odometer is correct.
Does the VIN tell me the car’s registration history?
The manufacturer identifier is not a registration record. A German-manufactured car may have been registered elsewhere; use documents and dated records to trace its history.
