1. Service

Carlytics provides a vehicle identification number (VIN) decoder and vehicle history report service. The free VIN check is permanently free; the full vehicle history report is charged at EUR 8.90 per report, payable once per VIN.

2. Data Accuracy

Vehicle history data is aggregated from 900+ public databases across 47+ countries. We cross-reference multiple sources to maximise accuracy, but completeness varies by vehicle and region. The report is informational and does not replace a physical inspection or a professional pre-purchase check.

3. Payment & Refunds

Reports are delivered instantly after payment. The free VIN check shows you what basic data is available before you pay. If the paid report does not contain the data categories you expected, contact info@carlytics.eu and we will review your case.
