Where does the data in a Carlytics report come from?
A Carlytics report draws on hundreds of millions of vehicle records from countries across Europe and beyond, all matched to the car's 17-character VIN: technical-inspection histories with odometer readings, registration data, stolen-vehicle lists, damage and title records, recall campaigns, millions of dated mileage records and, where available, photos.

What appears for a given car depends on where it has been registered, inspected and sold.
